Plans and pricing
Customizable Plans.
Two ways to pay for the same platform
Some organizations would rather pay a flat fee and keep everything they sell. Others would rather commit less up front and share what they earn. Both are available on every plan.
Flat monthly fee
Pay the plan price and keep all of your ticket, package and subscription revenue. Suits organizations with a budget in place and a season they can forecast.
Lower fee plus revenue share
Commit less each month and share a percentage of what you sell. Terms are agreed with you and depend on what you broadcast. Suits organizations testing whether an audience will pay before committing a budget.
Revenue share only ever applies to what you actually sell. On flat fee plans, free-to-watch events sit inside your broadcasting allowance at no extra cost. On revenue share arrangements they carry a small per-event fee, since there is nothing to share.
Start where you are
Every plan includes live and on-demand streaming, a branded channel, payment processing and reporting. What changes is the depth of control, how you can sell, and how much you can run.

Resolution and bitrate
The two work together: 3,000 kbps carries 720p comfortably, and 1080p wants closer to 6,000. Broadcasting above a plan's ceiling is possible, though the stream is brought back down to it before delivery.
Quality levels
A single bitrate delivers one stream at the quality it was sent, up to the plan ceiling. Adaptive bitrate prepares several, and each viewer's player selects the one their connection can hold. More levels means a better match across a mixed audience.
Archive retention
How long recordings stay available on the channel by default. Longer retention can be arranged on any plan where an archive needs to outlive it.
Ingest protocols
RTMP is the established standard for live ingest and is supported on every plan. Premier and Enterprise add SRT, which offers additional error correction and lower latency, and is supported by most professional encoders.
Available on any plan
Priced separately, because not everyone needs them and the cost depends on what is involved.
Branded mobile app
Your own app under your own name in the App Store and Google Play, built and maintained for you.
Custom domain
Run the channel on an address you own, with the certificate handled for you. Included from Premier.
Additional channels
More than one branded channel under a single account, each with its own look and content.
Production support
Onsite filming, multi-camera coverage and remote setup, through our production partners.
The parts people usually ask about
One-time setup
Every plan includes a setup and configuration stage: your branding applied, channel and pages built, encoder configured, payments connected, and your team shown how to run it. This is quoted alongside your plan.
Broadcasting allowances
Rather than a fixed cap, an allowance is agreed from what you actually plan to broadcast across a season. If it runs longer than expected, we talk to you before anything changes.
Free events
On a flat fee plan, free-to-watch events sit inside your broadcasting allowance at no extra cost. On a revenue share arrangement they carry a small per-event fee, since there is no revenue to share on them.
Reaching your audience directly
From Premier, email, SMS and push notifications are built into the platform. Message everyone who bought a season pass, remind people who watched but did not buy, or announce a fixture — without exporting a list into a separate mailing tool.
Knowing who your audience is
Premier adds custom fields at registration, so you can collect what matters to you — club, division, region, member number — and group your audience by it rather than guessing.
Backup stream
From Premier, a second ingest path can run alongside the first, so a broadcast has somewhere to fall back to if the primary connection is interrupted.
Payment processing
Card processing is handled by Stripe and carries its own transaction fee, separate from your plan.
Annual billing
Paying annually saves 10% against the monthly price on every plan. Most channels are configured and broadcasting within a few hours of setup beginning.
